the location was quite convenient , close to many attractions.
i had some issues . the room felt smaller than expected and somewhat plain. additionally , i found it odd that the hotel refused to print a document i needed , citing a page limit. this felt quite inconvenient , especially given the hotel's supposed 5-star rating.

The front desk helped me book attraction tickets. Many staff members spoke chinese. the hotel location allowed easy access to la pedrera and casa batlló. it felt safe to walk around even at night.
